A couple of weeks ago, I got a kawasaki klx 140 and since then, its been sitting in the garage. I tried turning it on today, and it wouldnt start, though it sounds like it wants to. I realized that the fuel tap has been let on and so has the engine stop switch. Would any of these have any factors in the engine not turning over? What can I do to make it work?
