i just purchased my first bike. a 1998 KLR 250. the fuel switch is a little rusted / aged and impossible to read. I have been running the bike with the fuel switch directly up. I've come to the assumption that my switch bypasses or is just not working at all cause the bike continues to run in all 3 positions (up, left, & down). But i'd still like to know the correct positions for reserve and off. thanks.
