Kawasaki KE100 still street legal?

hi quick question im looking at buying a used Kawasaki KE100 for about $500 but i have been thinking about it and my question is because its 2-stoke is it still street legal? i know back in the day it was but now? also in my town we constantly have 2 and 4 stroke atvs and dirt bikes riding on the street (no matter if they are street legal or not!) because we are a big off-roading destination so would this matter? could i still ride it on rode? because that's half the reason why im getting it

There are no rules about a bike being 2-stroke or 4-stroke street legal. If so, then nearly all bikes older than 1990 would be illegal to ride.

As long as you have all the papers and all that in order, also the lights, brakes and that stuff is working, the bike is legal
