kawasaki ke100 has spark but wont run ?

Hi again. put a 1/2 teaspoon of gas in the spark plug hole and put the plug back in quickly , wire on and give it a try. It should fire a bit.
 
The spark plug may be fouled unless it is new. Even though there is a spark it may not be hot enough. The other thing could be the magneto. Ever so often I take the cover off which is the side where the engine oil isn't and run a fine grit sand paper across it.
