Thats the link- I just rebuilt the head, new cams,new head, cam caps, rockers. Reseated the valves. Cam Chain tensioner is good so you can rule out that. I'm out of ideas to what the problem is, engine only has 4600 miles on it. Valves are in spec, everything to my knowledge is where it should be. This is my first time doing any type of engine work, but with a shop manual and some forum help I got through it.

For future reference, always give year, make, engine size and model # when asking questions. We need all of that info to give an informed answer.
Sometimes the year can make a difference.

It would have been helpful to know why you rebuilt the head.
Engine damage?
Could be a worn connecting rod (rod knock).
The one part you failed to replace was the rocker arm shafts.
When you installed the rocker arm shafts, did you torque them to specs?
