its been sitting for 2 years got it out a month ago it runs but rough the front exhaust glows red once it starts then it starts backfiring it revs up but slowly til about half throtle then starts running good it doesn't idle to bad i cleand the carbs changed the plugs stil the same thing any ideas thanks
