I've been riding a 1991 Kawasaki Balius for just over a year now, all weathers throughout winter, with very little trouble, however, recently it has been suffering with an intermittent fault. whilst riding, the bike seems to make an unhealthy sound( whirring sound is the only way i can think to describe it) the bike then gradually loses power until it cuts out completely. it will start again within about a minute of cutting out, but will only do so with the choke. Ive had the carbs stripped and cleaned but the problem persists, just changed the HD leads because the old ones were mostly green and damaged. the problem still persists, any thoughts as to what the problem could be? ive tried to include as much information as possible but anything else you need to know please ask.thanks in advance.
