Kawasaki B1H 2003 Clocks KPH to MPH?

Right guys, I was fiddling with the clocks on my bike when it changed from MPH to KMP - this happened by holding in the 'Mode & reset' button.
How ever when I hold then same two buttons in nothing changes apart from the 'rev limiter' comming on.
How do I get it back to MPH!? ive read the manual online and nothing.
Please Help
