I have a 2004 Kawasaki 250F. When I start it with the choke on, it idles high (like it's supposed to). After a minute of so, I turn off the choke but the idle STAYS HIGH! When I turn the idler screw lower, the idle comes down to the proper level. When I give it gas, the idle goes up again (like it's supposed to) but when I let off the gas, the idle STAYS HIGH again! What can I do to stop this? It's driving me crazy! How do I get it to idle properly? If I need to clean the carb, how do I do that? I'm a rookie at this stuff.
