Kawasaki 2007 ZX-6R! with 18000 miles- Sound good?

I'm thinking about purchasing a 2007 Kawasaki Zx-6r and it has 18000 miles. The price is about 3500 or so.

Is that a good deal?
How much more life is left on the engine and parts and shtuff?
Is this bike okay for a responsible beginner?
 
Thats too much bike for a beginner rider. We say this on here about 50 times a week....sport bikes are not good bikes to start on. They have too much power for any beginner.
And that bike has a lot of miles for 3 years old.....you can probably tell by the price thats why hes selling it cheap.
