My little brother is 21 and just now getting the hang of speaking spanish enough where my aunts/uncles can understand him.

The only Peruvian thing he cares for is the food.

you can't strip a people of their language, religion, culture. then say "hey, you can go back any time!"

What question? That 'white people' as though we have some sort of global conscious and consensus, should never have touched Africa? Do you know what the world was like back then?
 
It's a little different tho lol I mean versus like African Americans...

Mexicans, Colurabians, etc... are closer to their roots than others...just loving where you come from.

Not to say you don't love where your kiRAB will come from...and their kiRAB...and their kiRAB...etc.
