Katana fails to get ringtones from my RAZRS ad KRZRS

Hi I don't know if any of you have a KATANA but my problem is no ringtones will transfer via bluetooth from moto phones. I have no problem sending tones between motos but with katanas "failed" is message I get when trying to send to kantana.

Oh and usig bluetooth I have no problem between Nokia and moto's either...but katana wont take from nokia either
 
I had this same problem with mine. I tried to send some ringtones from my LG phone to my Katana but it wouldn't work. So then I decided to send ringtones from my computer to my Katana using bluetooth on two computers, but the katana was lacking File Transfer service so you can't send ringtones to the katana using bluetooth

I do think you can get a data cable and bitpim to get ringtones though.
