I just received a ticket today for illegal tint on my car. i live in KS which means the tint needs to be 30% or 35 and i am sitting at about 20%. I purchased the vehicle in MO and when i got the vehicle inspected, they did not say anything to me about my tint being too dark. should they have told me that i was driving illegally?
