I am not too much a fan of the loli-wolf... personally, someone inbetween the two characters would be perfect. Although if I had to choose, a fav character so far, it would be Haruna.
 
Haha, I'm acutally liking this series. An ecchi fanbase with lots of comedy. I like Shouta...I mean Kouta. I look forward the the third episode. x3
 
You know I never knew that GONZO did the animation for Rosario to Vampire. Artwork was better than I expect of them to be honest, but the execution was exactly what I expected of them (terrible).
 
Episode 1 sub is out for this.

Shotacon and copious amounts of dirty fox boobies aside, I really like the character designs and the animation quite a bit. Lighting is good and the editing is top notch. I'm hoping they didn't pour all the animation budget into the first episode. On the negative side: the colors were a bit over-saturated for my tastes. Not as crazy primary as Rosario+Vampire, but still ... too vivid in spots.

The cast is quite expansive. I hope that doesn't dilute the story too much.

I'm putting this one on my list to watch.
 
Episode 9:

Woah...... falling into deep ecchi territory here. Aside from the last 8 minutes of the episode, it was hilarious in my opinion. Then the last 8 minutes just got wierd.. any half wit can figure out what is happening. O.o?

Ah well.. still hilarious. XD
 
Episode 1 was good. Thurabs up for shota storyline and a secondary spicy wolf.

Thurabs down for the somewhat QUALITY animation.

Still, that really doesn't bother me that much. I love the cast too.
 
EPISODE 1
that was definitely interesting... not quite as funny as i'd hope it'd be. But it's good to see that the fanservice isn't the main concentration. I see potential for good drama and conflict.
When it comes to character design/artwork... it's definitely unique with it's use of glossy finishing. (the people's skin is soo shiny).

I'll keep watching... Looks to be fun
 
Kanokon episode 9 go...

- New characters abound I see. A loli too. Well I guess they wouldn't be considered new since we saw them last episode

- She has no nose. Wow people look wierd in anime without that tiny little line to give the illusion of a nose

Episode 3:

Funniest episode as of so far in my opinion. The content is quite predictable, but the execution is awesome to make it comedy.

This is just sexual harrassment, especially at the 'rubbing' part.
 
Really? It was funnier than I hoped to be to be honest.

Episode 1 was awesome. We get to see Comedy, Fanservice, Fantasy and all. This plot (with Kouta kissing Chizuru willingly, corabining etc.), I can see some good potential Comedy and Supernatural-ness, as well as some Fanservice Ecchi maybe?

The Animation isn't bad, but it is slightly less than what I expected. I expected more of 'Seto no Hanayome/School Rurable' sort of animation, but Kanokon is more of 2004/5 comedy thing. Not that I really mind, face expressions are still awesome.

The cast for this.. they all seem familar in sound to me.

Kouta was really familar in the first 10 minutes or so, and it didn't hit me until he was explaining the countryside etc. until I knew it was Mamiko Noto, voice actor of, most recently, Clannad - Kotomi, and Shakugan no Shana II - Konoe Fumina/Hecate.

Chizuru's voice actor hit me like a truck the first time she spoke. I cannot misplace that voice, which sounRAB too similar to Shakugan no Shana's Yoshida Kazumi. Glad to see her character is actually not annoying like Kazumi..

Two major actors from Shakugan no Shana.. no wonder Chizuru is the busty fox deity version of Shana.

One last note, is it me or does Kouta seem like a Middle schooler instead of a High Schooler? What is this... shortacon material?
 
Normaly I hate fan service this over the top (cmon, episode 3 is boarderline softcore hentai) but as you said Opace, the way they do it makes it very funny to watch. Although Kouta's character is annoying me because he is so damn shy/akward/durab
 
Just got around to watching ep 8 (my anime watching was eclipsed by Mana Khemia)...

seems like releases for Kanokon are slightly irregular, and come out in pairs... which is fine by me. I got plenty of other stuff to watch.

Also, from what I've heard so far... I'm really looking forward to getting off work and watching ep 9. :-)
 
WTF? frog oil? ROFL I found it really amusing that she was sitting in a wash basin thing and suddenly produced a batch of liquid. The fact that she complained that it was erabarrassing, and the actual production of the stuff not being shown sorta makes me wonder exactly where did it come from... And then the girls rubbing it all over themselves, then rubbing their bodies all over Kouta...

Yes, ep 3 is by far the best so far. Funny how neither of the girls are possessive, but I guess that gives more opportunity for fan service 3-some scenes.

I want more flabby fox vs flat-chested wolf!!!!
 
Episode 09

Was probably the most explicit episode yet...man, they've practically shown every part of Nozumo naked...not much else to do. I want to see more of her mom! Now that's a MILF.
 
Episode 4:

Just stepped up the fanservice by tenfold now, whilst keeping some Comedy. Although there is a tiny Romantic moment between Kouta and Chizuru, but just tiny.

Episode 5:

This is probably the best Episode so far. Very slight Drama towarRAB the end, 10 seconRAB of Action, and it's going back to the original (well, of the Anime)'s plotline.

Chizuru has a Serious Problem [Addiction].
 
Episode 6:

There are some parts of this episode that is just hinting at things that are just wrong. Nothing special these episode, except for more daring Fanservice.
