[Kannagi]

Perhaps from a Christian point of view it may differ at the very least Zange was possessed so I understand that position. Nagi was not at the very least.

This might sound cheesy, stupid or worse; but not unwarranted:

She was possessed by her emotions, not making her think clearly. I mean, what else would encourage her to walk to her clothes naked in a bath towel.

This is a pretty decent anime, I've laughed a fair amount, and unlike other shows of this genre, it isn't overly crude in its execution.

Nagi is cute too.

Though, my favourite character is Daitetsu. He's pretty much comedy.

I'm suprised this anime hasn't gained more attention on A4. Though, I guess the otaku crowd was kinda driven out ages ago.

So I just started this series (finished up to ep 3). So when does it get better?

Hopefully by the next episode with the introduction of Zenge.

Yes, perhaps but she still has a title and that is just plain to assume it with such acts for the acts themselves aren't pure.

Actually there has been two Lucky Star references in the series so far. The first was when the Nagi web-site went up and one of the "students" said he was fired from Lucky Star after 4 episodes because he didn't have enough directorial experience.

I got more of a giggle from Haruhi making an appearance.

I found this on basically being bored, so I watched it. I thought it was going to be similar to AMG. It wasn't, and yes the female characters are all cute.
Daitetsu is practically the straight man who's physical size does not show him to be hulking type character we've come to expect from anime.

You said it yourself several times, you are Christian. You thus don't have much room to *****, being that Nagi is a Shinto kami. Don't harass others because someone else's religious ideas don't go in line with your own.

I'd also recommend you stay away from Kamisama Kazoku and Kamichu, heh.

;2620051']So I gave in and started the watching series. This probably one the funniest series of I have seen this year, well next to Nodame no Cantabile: Paris.

1 - 10 was hilarious, hell, even the filler 10 was hilarious.

Well if anyone didn't know the author got sick and went to hospital so they probably going to show fillers or they won't be any episodes for a while until she recovered.

The Haruhi appearance made me O_O. I'm not really looking out for references, and don't get a lot of them, so I was a little suprised.

Anyway, I just saw episode 9, good episode. Though, it was very typical of what happens in these kinRAB of shows.

Downloading 10 now.

And Ah! My Goddess. I'm also Christian also but my faith is strong enough that I know that these are fictional characters and the characters and culture of the animes don't shake my foundation....and I don't go around yelling at people because of it. The rule I always live by with ANY show is: if I don't like it or it's content, I don't watch it. Just watch the legalism slayer, it's not very becoming.

Anyways, what did everyone think of the last epi? Are you hoping for a second soon in the future? It took a year for the annoucement of the Spice & Wolf season 2 and 2+ years for Harahi's second second. To me, this will be one of the most anticipated shows I'll be waiting for.

Episode 10:

Pretty much a mediocre setting for the episode, but it has got its humourous parts. But man I did love that Lucky Star reference. I thought the door at the beginning 40 seconRAB of the episode look strangely familiar..

Its set for 13 episodes this season, so they won't stop the episodes since there's only two more. And the Author for Kannagi is for the manga version, and it's been running for a while so there's the material to be animated.

I couldn't say since the tranlations of the mangas are only up to chapter 14. It's where Tsugumi talks to Zange about Jin and Zange says she'll go out with him.
