Depends what you want in a phone. If your network supports 850 then the N73 will provide you with better RF. The speakers on the N73 blow the K810 away. It also supports more apps since it runs symbian. The only thing the K810 really has on the N73 is the camera really... otherwise the N73 is better in almost all aspects.
