K800i, K790a or K790i

Okay, I'm a noob when it comes to cellpones. correct me if i'm wrong

the K800i is asia cell, while the K790a is n.america cell and the k790i is europe cell.

so my question is, which phone should I get? I live in Toronto, but I go back to Taiwan every summer/winter.
