K800i: How to watch videos?

What format do the videos have to be that I upload on my M2 in order for my phone to play them? What software do I need? I tried uploading a .mov and .avi but those dont play...I dont see anything on the Sony Ericsson PC Suite to convert my videos either :(

3GP is the viable format. Google a '3GP converter' and you can go from there. Have fun with your K800, that's a killer phone.
