K800i-Charging problem

Hi,
I have a K800i with charging problem.When I conect the charger it is charging OK without errors but the battery is still empty.That it means the phone have fals charging and I wonder if anyone can help me wirh a schematic diagram for this model(charging part if You can).I also checked the power consumption of the phone and is less than 5 mA.Any ideas?Thanks a lot!
 
I have exactly the same problem for one of my customer's phone. I suspect it's hardware problem? System connector not connected properly?
 
It's not a problem from charging conector;it's hardware and I belive there is power supply damaged but I'm not sure what can be the problem.That's why I need a diagram schematic for K800.Regards!

We have to wait for someone to atach here a schematic diagram.For this phones there are not so many schematics.Regards!
 
I have two phones exactly with same problem since December 2006 and I don't know what to do for repairing them.We must wait for a solution.BR!!!
 
I've changed that ESD driver wich have a rol on charging part but there is no changes.The phone still have fals charging.I'm still waiting for a schematic or a solution for repairing it.

first check your battery is original,because china copy batterry is have problem to charging,
if battry ok,mean will hw problem
 
I've checked with 4 batteries;the problem is the same.At this time I charge the battery with a universal charger.I still waiting for a schematic.

I want to tell You that I found schematic diagram for this phone.It's too late now but i have it.For new SE phones schematics are available on the suport area of SETool.I saw this after I bought it;

finally i found a solution at last! i will post it maybe tommorow cause i will observe.
 
i dont know if it is applicable to all but my problem solved by flashing and unlocking. i dont kreaaly know how it solved my problem but my phone charge ok! does anyone here encountered the problem and flash the phone? anyway hope it helps to all!!!!!!!!!!!!
 
I belive not:if the phone(K800i) is charging but the battery don't take curent that means the power IC is damaged and must be replaced.
 
i think it is not software problum.
b coz i have same problum with k610 and phone was water damaded but unfortunatly i could not find the sloution i tried to head on board but not success.
 
send complete files my friend ..these files r either in unknown format or damaged..plz upload the thing which some1 els can get benifit of..
