I can't find anything that's extremely different besides the fact that you can turn off the phone and use it as a music player, the color is orange and the words Walkman are on it. I have to decide between these two phones (192 dollars compared to 297 dollars). I think that it's better to buy the 750i and buy a 1 gig stick instead of buying the W800i but i'm interested in other's opinion as well so please respond. Thanks.
