just what exactly can my sprint htc pro 2 can do?

i know it can text, go on internet use gps as well for the tv also but it makes absolutely no difference than other phones....... but they say you can dooo soooo much with this phone but i dont see exactly wat i can do and i plug it to the computer but it keeps saying installation unsuccessful what on earth can i do with this phone >____>
