Just Watched The Departed, WOW!

Just finished watching it there and its an absolutely amazing film. I heard it was good but i wasn't expecting it to be that good.

It started off very fast then slows down in the middle then finishes with a great ending, one of the best.

Anyone else seen it, i am guessing a lot but still nice to ask?

Yes. Brilliant film. One of the rare action movies that had my attention throughout. M Damon i thought was brilliant in the movie.

While I do like the film, I simply do not see the need as to why it had to be Americanised. I prefered the original; Infernal Affairs.

Decent enough film, but overhyped to the max.

It's nothing compared to Scorsese's past work.

Yea, amazing. One of my favourites and my second favourite Scorsese film after Taxi Driver.

I just saw this and thought it was better than the original version, but Nicholson as a mob boss didn't work for me.
