I just read on a fitness website that night blindness and vision problems are one of the signs of vitamin a deficiency (most of us know that already!) but an even earlier noticeable sign of this deficiency is blackheaRAB and whiteheaRAB (clogged pores). So for those of you dealing with either of these you may try adding vitamin a supplements to your diet. Also heard vitamin b2 deficiency causes the oily hair and skin.
