Just started website and it wont show up. It says domain has not index.html..what does..

...that mean? I just created a website on atspace.com for fun..Just starting out with websites and wanted to use a free one just to mess around with..Anyway. Every time i try to click on the wepage or whatever it says this domain still has no index.html page uploaded..What does that mean and how do i fix it..Also how do i start designing the website and stuff..Please help
