car correct except color.do I pay? I parked in Wimbledon, London at midnight and received ticket. details on the penalty notice are correct except colour of car which they've got wrong. colour of car is very obvious and cannot be mistaken at all.Do I stand a good chance of appeal.I have still got 6 days window of opportunity.
