I just received a child support summons from the courts. Please no rude comments, i did not know about it until recently. Anyways the summons is ordering me to pay $860.00 per month based on what she made which was $4,804.00 for last year. I made $55,000 last year but the court doesn't know that yet until I fight it. Is this a correct calculation for child support. $860.00 a month sounds extremely high and it will be hard to live after paying that.
