Just met a guy and we're chatting but I'm afraid to tell him I'm older?

He's 28 and I'm 47 but I look 32. I told him I'm older and he asked how much. I'm afraid to tell him in case he loses interest. We are both single and I know he's a really nice guy. How do I tell him? I feel ok I'm not dishonest as I've told him I'm older and also that I will tell him face to face if we ever meet. Right now we're just chatting friends.
 
Just tell him and if he is not happy about it, then stuff him!
Most of the time, guys like an older woman anyway :)
 
I date my girlfriend (now wife) when she was 19 and I 29, so had same problem. I looked 20. Just come straight out with it. If he cares for you it'll be fine. My girlfreind at the time, thought I was going to say I was married and to find I was just older than I'd originally said was a relief rather than hearing that.
 
You should definitely tell him the truth. If you told him you were 32, that is only four years older than him. 47 is nearly twenty years older, which is a huge difference, and he may not consider your relationship then as appropriate.
