just installed used engine in my 94 cadillac deville concours and it loses power

while driving.? i have replaced the o2 sensor, and the spark plugs. Now for some reason it will loose power while driving for about 10 sec. then it will feel as if it jumps into gear again. i am at a loss as to what it may be. i`m not getting any codes but mycheck engine light does come on and off. Previously I had a PO42(O2 SENSOR LEFT BANK) ,appear that is why i initially changed the sensor. then i cleared all codes . Any help would be greatly appreciated
 
sounds more like the transmission then the engine. try changing the fluid and filter. it could be that the filter is starting to clog up. change it, don,t flush it.
