Just installed two subs, an amp, and a new car stereo the other day everything seems to be hooked up correctly but i cant hear my subwoofer. i have two 10 inch subs. when i turn the balance all the way to right so only my right side of the speakers and right sub get power. my sub hits hard with amazing bass and same when i turn the balance on my stereo to the left.. But when i set it at 0 and try to power both subs. i cant hear it again.
What do you think is the problem?
2 channel amp wired subs for 2 ohms each
2 quantum dvc 10in subs
pyle driver 1600watt 2 channel amp (yes i know its a shitty brand) but should still work)
alpine ida-x200 stereo
do you think its not getting enough juice? do i need a capacitor?
both subs work when i put the balance in the middle but they are too week and sound crappy when i try powering them both when its on 0 but like i said if i put the balance to one side it sounds great on the one sub when its not powering both
