Just got my Sch-R500 flashed from alltel to cricket and no MMS, Please help

Well i don't know if I used the proper term of "flashed" based on what I've been reading in these forums over the last few days. Looks to me as if there is way more to it than what i had done.

My problem is, I had an Alltel SCH-R500 (Hue) that I took to the Cricket store for service. I was under the impression based on my frienRAB phone (he has a sch-r500 direct from Cricket) That I would have the same setup. I have voice and SMS but no MMS.

I was told i just wouldn't be able to get Web on it and that was fine But if that could be fixed i would love it. I have downloaded some of the tool ya'll are talking about on here and have a data cable arriving shortly.

I apologize if this is answered somewhere else, but i couldn't find it.

In short:
-Alltel Hue turned Cricket
-No MMS
-No Web

If you turn on the phone and it displays Cricket logos, etc. then your phone is fully branded to Cricket service.

If you aren't able to send/receive MMS messages then you need to contact Cricket and find out if it is on your account.
