So I just got into car accident that wasn't my fault at all. The person I got into car accident tried to run from the scene. I managed to get her license plate. I immediately went to the station and made police report. My question is is even tho I have standard coverage and not broadside will i have to pay a deductible since the police officer said it would be filed as a hit and run and not my fault? Thanks
