lean protein -- like baked chicken or an omlet or hardboiled egg or something. that way you don't gain weight & the proteing helps you build muscle and keeps your muscles from getting exhausted. also some vegetables to keep it healthy: like a salad with lettuce & tomatoes & only a little bit of dressing (a lot of dressing makes salads really fattening!!)

Eat a ham & egg sandwich. It has about 20 grams of protein, and isnt too fattening. Also it is recommended to eat 20 grams of protein after performming exercise
