Ok so I have a 1999 Dodge Intrepid, nothing significant about it, I just changed a rusted out brake line and the pads weren't bad at all, so I figured I'd replace them in about 2 months or so, but when I test drove it, I had to down on the brakes to make it stop, I read somewhere that I may need to bleed the brake line, but will it make fix the problem?

Absolutely ! Start by bleeding the caliper that the line was leading to. You may need to bleed
other lines as well. You must know how to do this correctly or you're wasting your time and
putting yourself & others in an unsafe situation.

Have you even looked at the fluid level in the master cylinder ?

Good Luck
