i just bought a samsung rogue, (literally, two hours ago) and i can't get the internet to work. i'm paying (unhappily by force) $10 a month for internet and i can't get it to work. is there something i need to do? everything else works fine but the internet won't load. it says i don't have access to it or something. the lady who was helping me was a bit distracted when she was setting up my phone, is it a problem with the setup or something i have to download? please help.
