Just bought a Honda Civic?

It's yr 2002 model DX 2-door coupe, has 147000 miles on it. No power locks or windows but that's okay I don't really need it. Negotiated price was $4,100. Is that okay? I'm a little worried about the mileage being on the high side but ppl are telling me that's okay for a Honda. Let me know. Thanks.
