Just bought a car and the seller used red ink on the title... What now?

I'm in GA and I didn't catch it until it was too late but the seller filled out the car title with red ink. The title specifically says do not use red ink. I've heard that the title will be null and void if I try to register it when it's completed in red ink. Am I screwed or can something done?

Try to contact the seller, and have him get a replacement title and fill that one out properly.
