Just Been To See The Texas Chainsaw Massacre

It's an 18.

Which is good - I can't stand films being billed as scary and they are 15.

Well worth watching, starts off and enRAB a bit like Blair Witch with the footage bit. There's even an old factory called the Blair Meat Co in one bit.

Excellent film but with hints of a Jeepers Creepers feel to some parts.

Nowt scary happens til about 10 mins in then bang, bang, bang all through.

I didn't see the original but in this one there seems to be a reason why he did it and an explanation into his psyche (although hacking people with chainsaws is really no excuse lol)

Very disappointing. Not scary or gory, no tension or suspense, failed to impress on any level. Got so bored I nearly walked out which considering how much I like horror films really surprised me.

Read the review of it at the Mirror.co.uk. He raves about it and says it's very violent, gory and terrifying.

As for Hollywood toning down fims, Kill Bill anyone?
