100 calorie snacks are not healthy. calories aren't the only thing that matters with weight loss. the 100 calorie snacks are usually cookies or some other junk food. junk food is not healthy, no matter how many calories it has. this won't help with weight loss. why not eat some veggies or fruit?
same with subway and panera bread and other "healthy" fast food places. it's fast food. it may be a healthier option to mcdonalds or kfc but it's still fast food. and fast food is not healthy. plus these places offer items that are secretly fattening, so you might be better of eating a big mac.
