Just Applied for Daycare...DSS regulations?

I am 19 and just started college classes this week. ( I live in South Carolina€ ) Eventually I will be working to become a neonatal nurse. I just emailed the owner of a daycare and told her I was interested in a job and asked if there were any openings. She said that she was looking for somone to work mornings. I was wondering what kind of qualifications she would be looking for from me? I told her I have no experience working in a daycare but that I do have a lot of experience working with children.

Basically I looked at the daycare's website and beside almost all of the workers it says "cpr certified" and "passed all DSS requirements".

I am just worried because she emailed me back and said to call her to set up an interview, but I'm scared that when I go to this interview I won't have all the requirements. What exactly does "meets all DSS requirements" mean? And what EXACTLY are those requirements?

And I'm afraid that by telling her I was a college student, and telling her what I was going to school to become, that she thinks I am older and have more classes and such under my belt.

I just don't want to set up an interview and it be a total waste of time because I don't have certain requirements? I'm not sure what to do?

(Sorry this is all out of order and crazy, I'm really nervous!!)
