Just a stupid rant i need ta share?

OK so i was watching the news and i saw that some girl got arrested for misuse of 911. SHE CALLED BECAUSE MC DONALD'S WOULDN'T GIVE HER HER MONEY BACK. she ordered some damn MC nuggets and the "had none left" so they told her to order something else. So she called the cops to tell the mc donalds manager to give her her money back. SO THEY ARREST HER! FOR MISUSE....OF 911!!! god that is so damn stupid can someone please try to clarify things for me, like why the hell they arrested HER and not the store whoever for taking her money and not returning it when her order failed. So damn stupid.

Grrrrrrrrrr - I agree with every word you said. The manager should have given her her money back AND a substitute meal for nothing. There is a new order out there these days - started by the banks and spreading rapidly - "the customer is always wrong".
 
Honestly I don't understand why they took her to jail for miss-use of "911", but I do understand where they came from. That is more a personal issue, and she should have just left, then sued them for her loss of money without providing a specified product or service in return, and false advertizing. (But how long was the sentencing? I mean realy, that offence would never hold up in a court of law...)
