jury summon! help! help!?

I just received my jury summon from new york state today! But i already moved to Connecticut, got my driver's license transfered also, do i still need to serve new york state? if i dont, what do i need to do? if i still have to serve this duty, what am i going to expect, anything that i need to know of? i heard that i need to call or something, what's that all about? any way that i can get out of this duty, besides physical problems, thank u
