Jurassic Park 4 0 SWAT Dinosaurs

I dont know if anyone has read about the fourth jurassic park but the latest developmenets are pretty weird to say the least....this is what i read

All this talk about this "brilliant" idea, well... I cannot begin to tell you how bad his idea is...The government has trained dinosaurs to carry weapons and use them for battle purposes. I am not kidding!".

Am I reading this right? This is getting increasingly worrying. Jurassic Park 3 was lame enough, but having Dinosaurs carry weapons??????Now it is not the dinosaurs that scare me...................
