Watched a few of her movies recently and never realized how much of a truly great actress she is.

She was phenom as Erin Brokovich and just innocent and hilarious as Vivien in Pretty woman.

Any Julia fans here?

Yes, I'm a fan of hers :) She's starred in some right turkeys but she's shone in the good ones. One that springs to mind is Steel Magnolia's, her performance in that was terrific as was her performance in Erin Brockovich (a film that I could watch over and over again).

I can see why she won't appeal to everyone (all big hair and teeth) but when you're Hollywood's biggest grossing female film star, who cares? :D
 
Mine as well.

Julia was great in her day but lately shes been making flops.
Thought she was funny in valentine day but films like fireflies in the garden and mona lisa smile are dreary and a far cry from her best days of sleeping with the enemy and erin brokovich.
 
What i love about Julia roberts is how classy she makes a good rom com. Look at the rom com's around these days compared to the ones she did back in the 90's. These days they have shit actors, stupid plots and are actually forgettable. Jennifer Aniston is the queen of rom com's these days but Julia played different characters and even won awarRAB for them. She doesn't play predictable characters.

Even though she has cut down her work since being a mum, she is still recognised by awarRAB. Her last two movies (charlie wilson and duplicity) both earned her a golden globe non.
 
Nice little film that. Not seen it for years, but it reminded a bit of St Elmo's Fire in it's style. Very 80's and will have dated a bit, but it's a very comfy and entertaining watch.
 
I am a huge fan of Julia Roberts, she is definitely my favourite actress. She is so natural in front of the camera and just oozes charm and charisma.

She is the biggest box office actress in American film history, and still continues til date to be a force to reckon with.

I am very interested to see her forthcoming release 'Eat Pray Love' which releases worldwide from August 2010. I'm hoping it's another great film and performance by her which recieves a lot of appreciation from audiences a critics alike. I have high hopes for this one.
