Judge Who Overturned Drilling Ban Has Oil Investments

so if offshore drilling is banned, where else are we gonna get oil so it's prices don't go through the roof?

yeah i was reading about it before you typed this

still doesn't solve the problem of oil. you can't use CNG for lubrication and you can't use it to make shit like plastics

Yes, because for a Federal court judge, less than $15,000 in an investment is such a huge stake and conflict of interest.
 
The judge is saying the administrative procedure act wasn't followed. Salazar fucked up. Will fix and resubmit.
 
Has anyone actually read the decision and done an analysis as to its reasonableness? Or is he automatically wrong because he owns oil investments?
