This has been the forth appearance to court for this lie of a violation. I been preparered all times and this last time I went to court in black jeans and a white t-shirt. I was in a rush and the other times I was in a tie. This loser of a judge refused to dismiss my case and gave me another court date. He said because I didnt dress up for court.
There were many people in short jeans and regular plain colored t-shirts and he proceeded with their cases. Is this legal? Nothing is mention on how EXACTLY to dress. No even on the courts prodecure booklet. I feel like there is some in justice going on.
