I have a question regarding a Rapid Reclaim for JSA?
I started a Temp job on 9th Aug, which ended early on Wednesday 18th Aug, due to the fact that the position was not at all as described in that I applied and took on a Vetting Admin position and when I got there I was just filing for the whole time. The company were supposedly awaiting computer access for me, but I appeared that they were just stringing me along until I cleared their 3 year filing backlog. I complained about the job not being as described on several occasions, but nothing happened. On the 18th I wrote an email to my agency rep and stated that unless they got me access or changed my task I would not be returning. They stated that the job was filing, I said please end the assignment, which we did.
I have to fill in the Rapid Reclaim form ready for my appointment on Monday, they want a reason for leaving. What would be the best thing to put as I need JSA as the temping agency have not yet paid me and plus I was only employed for 1 and a half weeks.
If I put something like contract ended or not enough work do they check on it?
