"Its early" doesn't fly. At no level of tiredness would one ever think that bacteria are separating water into hydrogen and oxygen, consuming the oxygen, and the hydrogen just sits there. Hydrogen is a gas at our temperatures and pressures and rises out of the atmosphere. Beyond that, it would take an large amount of energy to do that and there would be no net energy gain. In fact, there would be energy loss.

At no point did I argue that discretion shouldn't have been used based on the circumstances. I stated that based on the article's information presented, the lady did not provide sufficient information to be allowed to be speeding and certainly nowhere near enough info to just drive away. You can go back and re read all my comments.
I didn't instigate anything in this thread.
Go and read information on the effects of exhaustion and stress on the brain. and get back to me. Being up at early hours when you're exhausted greatly impacts human abilities.

I'd love to but the dog is keeping me up. Poor thing is sick and vomits anytime she eats or drinks anything and I have to clean it up. I think I've slept 10 hours all week watching over her.
