Staal is only turning 22 this year, and he has still has tremendous upside in his game. He's a scorer, a solid penalty killer, and a relatively fast skater (for his size).
I wish he would utilize his size more often and be more aggressive with the puck. Out of the four brothers, Jordan is the more versatile player and he still has room to develop his all-around game. Overall, I definitely think he has the potential to be as good as Eric or maybe better.
Despite the fact that he's a third-line center playing 2nd line to 1st line minutes, I don't think he will truly blossom in Pittsburgh. Besides representing the "Staal" family name, he will only breakout if he's under more pressure where a struggling team will look for him to lead the way.
