Ok i just went on a retreat and one of the leaders were doing something and i want to do it but im confused on what it is. okay.
she would make us follow a finger and then when she put two fingers up she said this is one. then put three fringers up and say its 2 until you hit 5 which is one. and its not that easy.. im confused on how it works help?
