Wow people! Well excuse me for posting a question about a JOKE! No one said anything about children so I don't know where you came up with that, baby hairs are just the little hairs right above your neck. I didn't make up the joke, my husband just said something about it and neither one of us could remember how it was worded. So sorry to take up your valuable time and keep you from helping out those abused children.
